Synopsis: Mr. Lemoncello has invited teams from all across America to compete in the first ever LIBRARY OLYMPICS…but someone is trying to censor what the kids are reading.
I really enjoyed this book. I would recommend reading vs. listening if you like to solve the puzzles that are given throughout the book. A lot of the main characters are back, but we are also introduced to lot characters. Seven teams of four kids are pick from seven different geographical areas of the United States to compete in the Library Olympics. Since, a lot more kids were brought in the reader just gets a glimpse of a few key players. While the Library Olympics is going on things go missing at the Library. The children all will have to come together in the end to figure out what is going on. Censorship is a topic that is talked about through most of the book. This might be a fun way to introduce censorship and get a good discussion going for a classroom.
